The intention of ShivaShakti School of Yoga and Healing Arts is to serve people through the paths of yoga, meditation and the healing arts. We are committed to integrating the timeless wisdom of yoga into today’s world. Whether you are seeking to relax and take a rest from your busy life or you are looking to live a holistic, yogic lifestyle, we invite you to join our growing yoga community. We offer a sacred space and life tools to explore and cultivate balance within one’s self physically, mentally and spiritually. Here at ShivaShakti we believe that it is only by deeply knowing and experiencing the self that one can truly serve the world.

Weekly classes and workshops are held at the studio in Rockland, Maine. Therapeutic massage, Asian bodywork and Ayurvedic treatments are provided from the ShivaShakti Healing Arts Office. ShivaShakti also offers retreats and 200-hour Yoga Alliance approved Yoga Teacher Trainings both at the studio in Maine, as well as in exotic locations around the world.
