ShivaShakti School of Yoga and Healing Arts is dedicated to serving people through the paths of yoga, meditation, ayurveda and the healing arts. We are committed to integrating the timeless wisdom of yoga and conscious living into today’s world. Whether you are seeking to deepen your own spiritual practices, become a trained yoga instructor or become more familiar with the holistic, lifestyle practices of ayurveda and hatha yoga, we invite you to join our growing spiritual community. We offer a sacred space, group experience and life tools to explore and cultivate balance within one’s self physically, mentally and spiritually. Here at ShivaShakti we believe that it is only by deeply knowing and experiencing the self that one can truly serve the world.

ShivaShakti is a traveling yoga school that offers trainings, retreats and teachings worldwide. Our home studio is situated in Rockland, Maine where weekly classes and workshops are offered at Studio 22 in the Lincoln Street Center. Therapeutic massage, Asian bodywork and Ayurvedic consultations and treatments are provided from the ShivaShakti Healing Arts Office in Camden, Maine. ShivaShakti also offers retreats, 200 and 500 hour Yoga Alliance approved Yoga Teacher Trainings and Thai Yoga Bodywork Certifications both at the studio in Maine, as well as in other enchanting locations around the world.
