Requirements

ShivaShakti requires students to have at least one year of yoga experience before applying for the teacher training program.  Under special circumstances, the faculty will admit a student with less time practicing yoga if he/she demonstrates a deep commitment to learning, or has a strong movement or spiritual practice. Please contact us for more information.

Students must send a $250 non-refundable deposit with their application.

ShivaShakti requires a minimum of ten students to conduct a Teacher Training course at Samasati Nature Retreat.

Registrants must submit a copy of Traveler’s Health Insurance prior to arrival in Costa Rica.
